What’s Next? As we transition from structural work to the next phase, here’s what’s coming up in the development: 1. Structural Completion: We’ll be constructing the remaining floors and reinforcing remaining structural elements and finalizing the roof framework to prepare for interior work. 2. Exterior and Interior Finishing: The next big step will be installing windows, doors, and plastering both exterior and interior walls. This is where the building will begin to truly transform into a recognizable luxury property. 3. Utility Installations: Our team will be focused on laying the essential groundwork for comfort and functionality, installing electrical wiring, plumbing, and ventilation systems. 4. Interior Fittings and Detailing: Once utilities are in, we’ll add finishes like flooring, ceilings, and high-end fixtures to align with our luxury design concept. 5. Landscaping and Exterior Enhancements: Finally, we’ll shape the surrounding areas, creating beautiful landscaped spaces that enhance the overall ambiance and provide residents with lush, relaxing outdoor environments.
